Fulfilling the obligation arising from Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ( General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that:

LEGAL BASIS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
We process your personal data in the form of name and surname, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, company, REGON number, NIP number based on your consent expressed in traditional, written, electronic or telephone form, in order to take and continue activities aimed at conclusion of a sales contract, i.e. in order to present the Administrator's offer, accept and execute an order, conclude and execute a sales contract, issue a VAT invoice or other accounting documents, confirm delivery of goods or make a payment, as well as for purposes related to post-sale customer service (complaint proceedings, warranty claims, instructions on use, etc.) – art. 6(1)(a) b GDPR.
We may also process your data for purposes related to the pursuit of our claims, as well as to verify claims brought against the Administrator and to purposefully defend against these claims, for verification on sanction lists in the aspects of supporting terrorism or participating in money laundering - Art. 6(1)(a) f GDPR
If we process your personal data for marketing purposes, using telephone or electronic communication, it is based on your separate consent and therefore you are entitled to a number of additional rights.
We may also process your personal data in order to handle inquiries and deal with matters you have contacted us with in connection with our business activities, which is our legitimate interest - Art. 6(1)(a) f GDPR

We have not appointed a personal data protection officer.
PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS
The recipients of your data will be companies providing services on behalf of the Administrator, which will be entrusted with activities requiring the processing of your data, in particular in the field of IT services, transport and forwarding companies, auditors, and accounting companies.
In cases provided for by law, the Administrator may transfer processed personal data to entities such as the police, courts or other public authorities, which will constitute the fulfillment of his legal obligation.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Union.
PERSONAL DATA STORAGE PERIOD
The period of storage of your personal data by the Administrator depends on the purposes and basis of their processing.
Your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes, based on your consent, for the period in which these purposes remain unrealized and valid, and in the event of withdrawal of consent, until the consent is withdrawn.
Additionally, until the claims expire, we will process your personal data for evidentiary purposes, including your consent to their processing, in order to demonstrate the circumstances justifying our claims or to demonstrate the circumstances justifying our defense against your claims and in the event of any claims related to the processing of personal data in the event of your consent. for their processing.

Providing your personal data is voluntary. The consequence of not providing personal data is the inability to present our offer, conclude and perform the sales contract and answer the inquiry you asked us about or resolve the matter you asked us about.
